Hostel

The hostel belongs to the Roman Catholic Church, while the school belongs to the government. It’s a hostel for girls only, created in 1977. The hostel started with 10 children and received, in 2011, 64 girls.

The buildings were constructed from the parent’s money. Today we need to renovate the buildings and toilets and showers need to be constructed. There is no electricity, but it’s very needed for study.

They are living on the omahongu (Oshithima), there is no subsidy from the government. We need help in this project.
